Shipping policy
DELIVERY
Angel Rocks ships worldwide. Charges for shipping vary according to destination country. The charges are displayed on our website when you specify your delivery address during the checkout process. Any queries please contact us on info@angelrocks.co.uk
Provided the items you order are in stock we aim to dispatch within 3 to 5 working days, but more often than not we will post your item the day after you purchase from the website. If there is an issue with the item you order, for example it is out of stock or the colour is not available we will notify you immediately either by email or text.
UK DELIVERY
Postage for all UK orders is charged at £4.95 (approx. 3-5 days delivery) or £7.95 (approx. 1-3 days delivery). We use Royal Mail 'Tracked 24' and ‘Tracked 48’ services. These do not require a signature, however they are fully tracked and an image and gps are logged for proof of delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All international orders are charged according to weight and destination, from £14.95 to £19.95, and will be sent using the Royal Mail ‘International Tracked & Signed’ service.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays. Any customs duties/tax/vat which are levied once a shipment reaches your country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of Angel Rocks products.
