CLEANSING & CHARGING YOUR CRYSTALS

Cleansing your crystals will restore them to their natural state and release any low energy.

 We suggest any of the following techniques:

• Water - is said to neutralise negative energy. A gentle wash will work wonders.
  
  
• Sage or Palo Santo - light your smudge stick and let the smoke drift around the crystal. This will absorb negative energy which will dissipate with the smoke.
  
  
• Moon - the full moon is a great time to bathe your crystals and restore their frequency. Leave them out overnight, or inside on your window ledge, to sit in the moonlight and absorb natures power.
