Refund policy

We hope you will love your Angel Rocks order, but if you are unhappy with our products for any reason, you can return the items to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to offer you either an exchange or full refund, minus any postage costs, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. These dates are flexible over the Christmas period, when items may have been purchased as a gift. Bespoke Orders, which means that the item is made or customised especially for you, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by tracked delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post. A refund will be issued within 7 days if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original price. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

Submit a return request

2. Enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
3. Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click "Request return".

IMPORTANT: Wait for your return request to be approved by us, you will then receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
