Delivery

Angel Rocks ships worldwide. Charges for shipping vary according to destination country. The charges are displayed on our website when you specify your delivery address during the checkout process. Any queries please contact us on info@angelrocks.co.uk

Provided the items you order are in stock we aim to dispatch within 5 working days, but more often than not we will post your item the day after you purchase from the website. If there is an issue with the item you order, for example it is out of stock or the colour is not available we will notify you immediately either by email or text.

UK Delivery

Postage for all UK orders is charged according to weight and value, from £2.95 to £14.95, and will either be sent via 'Royal Mail 1st Class Signed' or ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’.

Please be aware that most deliveries will need to be signed for, so please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address. If there is no one available to sign for your delivery, then the courier will leave a card with details of how to arrange a re-delivery or where to collect your package.  Please note if you are collecting your package in person you will need personal ID showing your address.

International Delivery

All international orders are charged according to weight and destination, from £14.95 to £19.95, and will be sent using the Royal Mail ‘International Tracked’ service.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays. Any customs duties/tax/vat which are levied once a shipment reaches your country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of Angel Rocks products.
